I have a problem with the way this page is named — Sakura, Kotomine, Kuzuki, and to a lesser degree, Shinji being on this page is a spoiler. Anyone care to rectify this?

I believe Wiki policy is to avoid spoiler tags if at all possible. There's already a prominent notice right at the top of the page that there will be spoilers, and a character sheet is probably not the place someone who's never looked at the series should be starting. Combining this page with the "others" page will just recreate the problem that the split was created to address in the first place: a ridiculously long Trope Overdosed Door Stopper of a page.

Long story short, I don't think there's a way to mention them without it being a spoiler, and spoiler tagging everything would be violating the wiki's style rules. There's already fair spoiler warning, leave it be.

There was a brief edit war on 1/26/11 and the discussion has been moved to the forums to remain accessible to the largest number of people. There is a link in the edit history, and now there is one here as well. Anyone interested is free to add their opinion to the matter and the discussion can now be archived.

Well, I tried to compromise with you, but you seem determined to scupper my efforts, and rather than attempting to gradually work towards a reasonable solution (note that my last version was different from the previous ones), you decided to nuke the entire paragraph. And, then, when I tried to re-add it, so that we could work on it properly, you went running to the mods and got Madrugada to delete it again and prevent me from actually trying to make any progress on this matter. Then, once you've got your way, you proceeded to refuse point-blank to actually discuss the matter any further. So, since you've got the mods involved, and since they're threatening to ban me if I continue to attempt to improve the wiki, I guess I should do this properly, and show that I am actually trying to compromise by discussing it here, rather than on the forum where you seem to prefer it. After all, if you're going to try to "win" the argument by getting the mods to enforce your version, I don't see why I should continue to pander to your desire to discuss this there rather than in here, where it belongs.

Anyway, I will post what I most recently said here, in the unlikely event that we can actually get past the totally unnecessary and counter-productive mod intervention by Madrugada, and produce an acceptable outcome. It was:

In Fate he holds onto his ideal of being a "Hero of Justice" to the very end, defeating Kirei Kotomine in one-on-one combat, rescuing Ilya and ordering Saber to destroy the tainted Grail even though it means they will be separated forever. In Unlimited Blade Works, Archer confronts him with the realities of his naivety and, although Shirou manages to convince Archer that the ideal is still worth pursuing, he agrees to take a more realistic approach. In Heaven's Feel, Shirou cannot bring himself to kill Sakura, despite some evidence indicating (entirely correctly) that she will probably go insane and kill many people, and, recognising that his true ideal (to save everyone) is unachieveable, chooses to reject the alteration that his father made (to kill one to save many) and instead protect the people that he loves first and foremost, believing that he can kill her later, when she actually does go insane (this turns out not to be the case, since she is, in fact, already (unconsciously) killing people, in a manner which he can not prevent).

As I have said before, I am quite willing to compromise on this, provided we can come to a compromise which sticks to the actual stated facts, rather than following your personal interpretation of them like your statements all have. Nothing in the story says that Shirou knew what Sakura would become and, indeed, his actions suggest otherwise. Further, I did not post this version in the expectation that it would be the final form, but merely an indication of what I was thinking, so that we could work on it and edit it into a form which was factually correct and acceptable to us both. But, instead, you insisted on deleting the whole paragraph (which is a massive over-reaction) and, then, when I refused to accept this as a "solution", and continued to try discussing it (which you refused point-blank to do), you threw your toys out of the pram and went to get a mod to enforce your version on me, apparently without any actual thought on the matter.

I was under the impression that the point of this process was to produce a good wiki, not to have a bunch of appointed mods who know nothing of the topic in question dictate page edits and threaten people with bans if they actually try to do their "job" and actually improve the page.
