Regarding Jack being a Walking Spoiler: It was removed because the trope you're actually thinking of is You Should Know This Already. Jack is not a Walking Spoiler for FGO, she's a very minor character whose nature is rarely alluded to.

Fair 'nuff, I'll change it to the appropriate entry then, since I think it's still relevant.
I guess Nursery's entry should be changed as well since she's also not a GO spoiler per se? (Though she's a much bigger spoiler out the gate because she's seriously intended to be a mystery - she's more like Emiya than Jack, and the mystery around her is the focus of an entire chapter of Extra.)
