Since no one seemed to object over the last month I went head and made a new page for all the companions.
Removed the part about Leliana being a subversion of Betty and Veronica.
I know what Lelianna did in her background as a spy seducing and killing men, but she's repentant and turned moral and kind and sweet and what she did in her past she thought she was doing to serve her country. She thought she was a female James Bond basically when in truth she was being used as a Black Widow.
Morrigan is mean and shrewish and hardly ever does anything nice for anyone throughout the entire game (doing the right thing in the end is not out of bounds for the Veronica). The trope is played very straight in fact, they're more Betty and Veronica than Betty and Veronica
Or at the very least they're exactly what Betty and Veronica would be in fantasy setting with mature themes where the major characters all have to be able to handle themselves in a fight.
Hide / Show RepliesThere's another entry that says "She's not as Betty-like as she seems", which I can accept, but calling her a subversion is going too far.
Hey, what happened to the entry under The Warden's Kleptomaniac Hero wick about being ambushed by the Dalish archer? Was it yet another of the prima guide's falsehoods? (It claims that looting containers in the Dalish camp, despite not being pickpocketing, would trigger the ambush.)
Shamelessly plugging my comics, Oh yes. Hide / Show RepliesIf you loot Zathrian's songbook from the chest in the middle of camp you will be ambushed, even if you didn't get caught stealing.
Due to the word count on the mage and rouge party member pages, I feel like it's safe to merge them both with the warrior subpage into a party member subpage without fear of requiring a split in the near future.
