The page that lists the Captain Planet and the Planeteers characters incorrectly states that Captain Planet will act like a jerk without his heart power. Such a thing never happened in any episode. I have all the episodes.
The one time he really acted like a jerk was just a dream by Wheeler, and even then, he was summoned fully. The one episode where he's stuck and forced back into form without all his powers, the two powers he did still have were his Heart and Earth Powers. Ma-Ti and Kwame were stuck in space with the President in that episode.
Isn't Linka White too? So why does Wheeler have the Token White trope?

Linka is white, but she's still Ethnic. Wheeler is the token normal American.
I don't remember Hoggish ever doing a Heel–Face Turn, just Rigger. And even then it didn't seem to stick as in his next appearance he's helping Greedly as usual.
