Finding replacements is a short-term fix, of course (the replacements are just as likely to be taken down as the links they replace), but if you think it's worth doing, by all means do it.
A better and more long-term fix would be to write the entries to be descriptive enough that clicking on the links, whether they work or not, is not necessary. Weblinks Are Not Examples, after all. To assume a Youtube link with no explanation of why the track being linked is awesome is sufficient is regarded as a form of Fan Myopia; the page is for a general audience, so write the entries in a way that a general audience will understand. That's a more ambitious project, though.
