I think Eddy1215 means theat the folders are instead arranged according to arc, instead of heroes, villains, others, and Marineford. Honestly, I prefer this setup much more.

Is it just me or are the more recent sections of this page nothing but paragraphs and paragraphs of white outed text? Unless a user has spoilers enabled, the sections from the later arcs are pretty much unreadable. Are spoilers tags even necessary for this page since everything in it is inherently a spoiler?

Excessive spoiler tagging. A YMMV page needs a lot more judicious application of spoiler tags.

OK, am I the only one who thinks there should be an image on this page? I mean, I provided the sentence at the top, (along with a few Awesome Moments, but I don't feel like that would be enough.

Looking over the page recently I noticed that the new Zou arc characters are being referred to by their Japanese names (Inuarashi & Nekomamushi) vs their English names (Dogstorm & Cat Viper)
I had previously changed the names to reflect what Viz uses since, with the exception of Zoro/Zolo (covered by Word of God and the anime dub), I think it's best to keep the official English names where able.
However, since I was the one who originally swapped out the names, my reverting then would turn into an edit war, so I wanted to get some consensus as to how to proceed.
EDIT: PM'd the troper who made the change so they could chime in. They said they're fine with English names but just weren't sure if they were supposed to be translated. I'll likely take care of the changeover later today once I'm in my computer at home, barring any objections here.
