We don't know enough about Peter beyond his (initially) snarky attitude toward Mary to even begin to say whether or not he qualifies. As for Mary, she's impulsive and adventurous, and does disobey by going into the woods, but the only person she's rude to is Peter and that's only because he picks on her a bit. The first line of Bratty Half-Pint's definition is "A self-important kid with a serious attitude problem." and she doesn't remotely fit that criteria.
About Mary being a Bratty Half-Pint I do think she's kind of a biotchy brat but I don't think she's mean to everyone like the trope says but she did disobey her relative and went out to the forest during a misty day so Mary can be rude. And one of her relatives, I think it was the aunt says "That's what I like about her" regarding Mary's impulsivity. Too bad that person doesn't get annoyed by her.
Same for Peter, he isn't rude to everyone.
