I have added a new pic, a cover for the French first OAV, that should be Safe for Work — all the naughty bits are hidden by Censor Stars, so it should be alright.

Well, the page image is the DVD cover with a Digital Bikini... well, Digital Heart-Shaped Pasties and a Digital Thong of Shielding added, for what it's worth...
The page image is taken directly from Wikipedia. No one seems to mind, that's why I chose it.
Someone appears to have removed the pic. Reasons?
