What about when you're removing.changing multiple items for multiple reasons? Whenever I see a page with multiple problems, I sometimes (should be usually but noone is perfect) make a note in the page's Discussion Page listing the various reasons and the portions each reason applied to.

Either explain everything in the edit reason, or explain on the discussion page and refer people to it in the edit reason. Or split up the deletions between many edits.
