What about babies that die. What happens if the death occurred while he/she/it were still a foetus in the womb? Where would they go in this instance?(As in how would the arbiters judge them)

I speculate that they(unborn babies) would just be instantly sent into reincarnation (since they weren\\\'t even given the chance to do \\\"bad deeds\\\" and thus are intrinsically good due to circumstances), but then that would arise to further questions. If they are indeed, considered \\\"human\\\" enough to be judged in a sense, then would a zygote and embryo (and maybe even a sperm) be considered \\\"human\\\" enough too? Where and when, exactly, will they draw the line?

Not to mention handicapped/disabled and/or mentally retarded people. How would they be able to play the game? What about animals? Do they get judged as well? If not, why? Humans are still animals, albeit much more intelligent ones.

And going by the theory of evolution; humans were once primitive creatures. When exactly did this whole arrangement of \\\"judging\\\" come into place? When we became smarter? When we evolved into Homo Sapiens? But why?
