Personally I find it difficult to class Simmons as a MagnificentBastard. With his nebulous power and influence I seriously doubt he really needed Helena to compromise the President\'s security, and had even less of a reason to leave her alive after he did so. Let\'s not forget the fact that he left Carla alive and allowed her to accrued the ridiculous amount of resources she\'d need to make that daft underwater base of hers.
