Second her album Back to black broke numerous records, it sold over thirteen million copies worldwide and became the best selling album of the 21st century in the united kingdom, it also won a shit load of awards including five grammies in a single night the first ever time a British artist had ever won that many in a single night. Third she also had some of the most famous and successful artists of the past 70 years express an interest in working with her or at least expressing an incredible admiration for her work, Tony Bennett, Ringo Starr, Paul Mcartney, The Rolling Stones, Alice Cooper, Quincy Jones, Debbie Harry, Roger Daltry, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Brian May, Beyonce, U2, Tom Jones and thats before you get into all the artists she has inspired like Gaga and Adele and Jessie J. Fourth she also produced what was one of the most successful cover songs of all time Valerie, which is one of the few covers where most people think the person covering it wrote it.
