Using Evil means to achieve a good end makes you in DnD Evil \'\'\'aligned\'\'\' not Neutral. Rary from Greyhawk(an official DnD setting) is officially Neutral Evil and wants to bring peace to Oerth... by crushing it under his heel. so I\'m not saying that by \'\'\'my\'\'\' definition he is evil, but by DnD rules yes he would be something Evil but only if he operated within a DnD context.
