Made of Incendium when things ignite very easily, and things ignite which should not (like leather or wool, which only char)

For the rest: Reality Ensues. An uncontrolled fire will spread as rapidly as its fuel sources allow. Before flame-resistant treatments, for instance, non-wool carpeting, upholstered furniture, and even certain types of wood flooring could turn a room or building into a deathtrap by acting like a giant fuse for the rest of the structure. Still happens all the time when people break modern building codes. (see Brazil's National Museum being totally engulfed in minutes and destroyed in less than an hour)

Restaurant kitchens in particular are infamous for going up in flames like this when they don't have working grease ducts, or they don't clean them often enough.

Convection, Schmonvection for a work ignoring the fact that contact with fire is not required to be burned.
