Unlike Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard, you don't NEED to go through an approval process before adding a character as The Scrappy. But since it's an Audience Reaction that has a very high rate of misuse, it might be a good idea to ask for other peoples' opinions at the Scrappy cleanup thread

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
Is there a process for submitting a character to be considered as The Scrappy? I looked on the main page and all it said was that you had to wait 6 months after the character is introduced, but I couldn't find any forum to discuss it on.
