There's Cooldown Hug, although it is kind of for the specific cases of cooling down someone who is about to freak out or go berserk. I'm unclear as to whether it fits what you had in mind.
Perhaps related: "I'm (insert bad personality trait) because I didn't get enough hugs in my childhood" is a type of Freudian Excuse.

Is there a trope for hug therapy? A character who hasn't gotten many hugs in their childhood is now getting them a lot more often.
