Your mama may have had eyes in the back of her head, but our admin team just can't see everything at once. It takes a village to make sure TVTropes is running the way it should, so when it comes to spotting tech snafus, dreaming up a better digital mousetrap, or just diagnosing plain old asshattery, the quicker you let us know something's up, the quicker we can address it. See a bug? Point to it and we'll squash it. Have idea for a new feature? Post in the Tech Wishlist.
NOTE: Do not post duplicate bug queries, please check existing queries to see if your issue has already been reported and then comment on it.
As a note from paying a bit more attention to this. It appears this mainly occurs when the trope is the last thing on a line which requires word wrapping, or the first thing on the following line caused by word wrapping.
Still occuring, on both desktop and mobile. On the No More Heroes page (under the third bullet point of Bowdlerise), this happens with the Trivia tag. It's not the last thing on the line and it still happens; maybe because the hyperlink cross a line break? On the same page however, the Trivia tag (under Awesome McCoolname) and the YMMV tag (under This Loser Is You) display correctly.
Inspecting the code shows that 'bundle.css:1' applies 'margin-left:-22px' to the Trivia icon ('.article-content ul > li > img.trivia1.rounded:first-child' at that point), and setting this value back to zero / removing that line solves the issue! So that's what the coder would need to target, and check it doesn't effect anything else.

The symbols that appear next to YMMV, flame bait, and other such marked tropes sometimes overlap with the preceding text which can make it just a little difficult to read. An example of this can be found on the page for Secret of Evermore on the third sub-bullet of Developer's Foresight.
