That still didn't answer my question. I'm asking why was it cut. Was it cut for being too long, or offensive, or did an editing war erupt or some plausible reason like that?

I can't deal with these forums; they anger up the blood too much.

It was cut because Vanity Plate is a trope, not a work. Only works pages can have Nightmare Fuel subpages.

It was also cut cause the NF page didn't hold up under the new restrictions, with a lot of stuff being not scary, accidentally scary, or merely startling.

If you want to see the page before the cut and preserve what was there Google has you covered.
