Create it at Olivia D Abo then you can add punctuation with a custom title - see How to Make a Custom Title

Hello, I would like to create a creator page that is about an British actress named Olivia d'Abo, but I am unable to do so due to the fact that her surname has a quotation mark in it and it will create an error on the page. Does anyone know about what I should do?
