The red jacket and blonde hair point towards Martin Mystery, but the transformation part throws me off.

It may not match all of the criteria, but the red jacket and transformation kind of reminds me of American Dragon Jake Long.
I cannot seem to remember the name of a show. I think it was on Nicktoons or something like that during the 2000's. It was about a teen with i think a red jacket and blonde hair who could transform into a mutant or something. I thought his first name was Johnny or Danny but im not sure. I remember a stupid mini-ad saying what if his last name was avocado. If anyone knows please say cuz its killing me that i cant remember
