I had brought one of those Advertising Tropes without examples to the TRS for 'not thriving', but the thread was declined, as it is a 'definition'. Not sure if that's still the case.

Well, it looks more like a Useful Note to me than an actual trope.

I would take it back to TRS on the grounds that it's not tropeworthy.
