I seem to recall a cartoon called "Monster Farm," that was vaguely Rocko-like in design.

Monster Farm had a zombie cow and a Frankenstein pig indeed (plus a mummy cow, a vampire chicken, a dragon goat and a Jeckyll/Hyde sheep)
Number one fan of characters that appear only once and ultimately were a recurring character either in disguise or trying a new image.
No idea what the original air date was since I saw it dubbed in late 90s Poland. All I remember is that the artstyle was kinda like Rocko's Modern Life and the color palette was rather muted. Anybody?
