That trope may count in-universe when it causes worse harm to that character. Should I TLP misophonia then?

Verbal Weakness is specifically about words, while misophonia covers mainly vocal sounds, such as reproducing sound effects with the mouth, or even singing.

Is there a trope for this condition? Otherwise, I will bring this up in the TLP. It is a trope for a character being hurt by hearing specific sounds. If this applies to the audience, then it is Most Annoying Sound and Squick.
