Sounds like someone mistyped when creating the Trivia page.
You can create the correctly titled page, copy over the information, then cut list the mistitled page.

Would that affect the other tabs in any way? Also, the Wiki Word for the pages are actually correct, but the displayed title is different.

Ah, then that's a different matter.
If the Wiki Wording is correct, don't move the pages. You'll need new custom titles instead.

I'm not sure the wiki wording is correct. It changes depending on the tab, it seems like.
For Dungeon Meshi, the tabs have different capitalization for the title. The main page makes it appear as "dungeonmeshi", the trivia tab shows it as "Dungeonmeshi", while the other tabs properly show it as "Dungeon Meshi".
