Looking at the history, I don't think the reversion was intentional. Did the edit lock expire when you made your initial edit? This looks like edit collusion—they likely started editing before you submitted your edit (or, possibly, they started editing before you edited and didn't submit until after you had), so their (large, correctly-indented) Game of Thrones examples accidentally also reverted your Hetalia changes.

Did you try sending the other troper a message?

Oh, I didn't think of that. The first time I tried to edit the page, I ran into Meepie V's edit lock, and they may not have been done editing by the time it ran out. I'll shoot them a message just to clarify. Thanks.

Just got a reply back - the reverted changes are definitely unintentional. So all is fine.
