Man of the Year, starring the late, great Robin Williams. His character is basically someone like Jon Stewart or Stephen Colbert, a comedian with a "news" show. He runs for president as a joke or to make a statment, and actually wins.

A comedian runs as independent for POTUS, and he wins, surprising everyone and himself. But then the voting machines might be flawed, and something is off... I never saw how it ended.
