i would guess you forgot the closeout tag? if you don't put [[/folder]] at the end, the folder won't work properly.
I know this is probably covered somewhere, but how do I add a folder to a page? I tried the "[[*folder:ABC*]]" format (without the asterisks), and it didn't show up on the page preview.
