Reformed Rakes usually involves an urban setting and fantastic crimes (like the image source The Princess and the Frog).

v I assumed the query was asking about where urban fantasies can be found non-setting-wise, and this was the only trope I could think had any connection. Wicked Lovely involves both to a greater degree than The Princess and the Frog, but then again I see that more as Paranormal Romance. You're right that it's probably not defined that way, though

I mean, there's also just Urban Fantasy itself.

^Reformed Rakes is just about cases where a womanizer and romantic rogue settles down to become an idealized husband and partner. It's not conceptually connected to urban settings or to fantasy. Even its connection to crime seems pretty nominal — the description mentions it a bit, but it's not the focus of the concept.
