Medium Blending or Medium-Shift Gag for the mixing or changing of animation and live-action in general.
Although you didn't indicate there was a transformation, Toon Transformation as an Inverted Trope seems worth mentioning.
An animated character in some episode becomes outplayed by a real life actor
