Designated Bullet/Straight for the Commander, depending on the situation. The Mobile Suit Gundam example sounds like it would be the latter.

I was thinking about Straight for the Commander but his targets are not really commanders (through the second example is one). Designated Bullet feels not appropriate as the examples are not personal.

I will let time flow a little to see if someone has another idead, if not, I will go with Straight for the Commander with a little reformuling.
