Do you mean that you want to collect all currently acknowledged CMs from various Rockstar games into one "By Creator" list instead of having them spread around in alphabetic lists by their source games?

I think the Complete Monster thread
is the place to ask for the creation of new pages.
Yes, I want to create a page with already approved monsters. Do I have to give a summary of all the complete monsters of from Rockstar games or do I simply ask with just few?

You need to ask the monster thread for approval.
Monster.Cartoon Network was cut and merged with Western Animation and my proposed Monster.Nintendo was shot down because we generally no longer group them by creator, but franchise. Monster.Disney and the author pages under Monster.Literature I believe are due to those creators being considered franchises. I don't believe Rockstar counts but would recommend asking to be sure.
How do I ask for the Complete Monster series page? I seen the rules for the complete monster proposal, but I didn't see any rules for a series page.

The Rockstar games has a lot of characters that are truly horrible, enough to fill the entire page. But I saw that the complete monster list are restricted in terms of editing. Is it the same with crating a new complete monster list?
