The same thing applies to the Funny subpage, which I've also cutlisted for the same reasons.
Noting that while double-checking the previous ATT, I also found NightmareFuel.Sonic Reclassified, which is both another violation (the game was the subject of said ATT) and was another moments page written after the first suspension. Page has also been sent to the cutlist.

Though I hate to throw another user under the bus (they've consistently reacted very poorly to being called out for policy violations, self-flagellating rather than trying to improve), I draw the line at behavior indistinguishable from ignorance.
