You're allowed to re-do edits that are correcting obvious problems, like commenting out ZCEs, without it being considered an edit war. It might be worth waiting to see if the other person responds though, so that they don't uncomment it again.

Back in January I touched up
Extremis Ultimis, including commenting out a ZCE. Today, Infamous Empire uncommented the ZCE without expanding it.
I sent them a ZCE notifier, but I cannot comment out the ZCE again (because that would be an Edit War) nor can I expand it (I am not familiar with the mod in question).
