This has been asked once or twice before, and it still seems like a legitimately missing trope.
There are some tropes related to "I'm dying in two weeks, so I'm gonna go do really cool stuff while there's still time!", but I feel like this is distinct from a general list of crazy things a character has always wanted to do if only they had the time/opportunity and is not necessarily related to dying soon.

Like You Were Dying does sound related, but it doesn't necessarily have to entail a radical change in personality or demeanor. What I'm looking for is just when characters list the things they want to do before they die.
