I think, from a little web browsing, put it on the existing page. {{Feud}} is the series title, and Capote vs. the Swans is considered Season 2. (Granted, the first "season" started in 2017, but we may see more gaps like this due to real-life delays.)
Except every other Ryan Murphy anthology series has had a new work page for each season, and the only reason Feud became an exception for so long was because the lawsuit from Olivia de Havilland tied things up.

Looks like Feud: Capote vs. the Swans is up. I'm fine with keeping the anthology name. I also think that the Crime installments would ideally have American Crime Story appended to their page titles, as that's how it's formatted on the posters.
Same. I think we should make it clear that the individual seasons are part of a larger anthology.
So which page gets the new tropes, the Feud main page or the Capote vs. the Swans page?

How are we planning to document the tropes for Feud: Capote vs. the Swans? Are we doing it like the American Horror Story minis, where the page would be titled Feud: Capote vs. the Swans, or would we do it like American Crime Story, where the page would be Capote Vs The Swans? Or are we just going to put the new tropes on the current Feud page?
