This is TvTropes, so tropes are the priority here.
The rule for character pages (as you can see in How to Create a Character Page) is that folders for characters with no tropes are not allowed, and moreover, that the description is there to serve as context for the trope list.
Taking this into account, the page — lacking in any tropes — was the opposite of complete.

Having tropes is the main requirement for keeping a page. You can make a Sandbox/ page instead if it needs more work.

We can restore it to a sandbox - we've already done that for a couple of the other Characters pages for the game.
But, as noted, every character should have at least one trope before it's launched as a Characters page.

Can we remake the missing pages for the United States in the Extremis Ultimis page? The page was basically completed with the characters, images and names, and was only missing the tropes. It was taken down with the rest of the page when it was orphaned, can it be restored now that other users are editing it as well?
