, twice, that "needs a page" is not an acceptable request (except for a specific page that gathers work redlinks), you're supposed to check how other pages look and make one yourself.
I'll wait for the mod to look at this, because I'm not confident that telling how to cut pages is safe at this point.

First of all, Luigi, calm down.
Secondly, if you’re making a page on the site, it’s live. There is no “for the mods”, whatever that means.
Randomly editing things and having people clean up after you is a very quick way to possibly get suspended.
The page was cutlisted and I've processed it. ~Luigiisbetter476, you need to slow down and actually read some of the pages that explain how to make pages correctly before you end up fumbling yourself into not being able to edit at all.
