If it is in fact an RPG, yes. (There are fangames of different genre than their source material, after all :p )

For a ROM hack of a pokemon game, would I put difficulty spike just under the same spot as pokemon games in general or put it elsewhere on the page because it's fanmade? Same thing for That One Level (since pokemon has it's own page for such)
