That might be left over from a time where we experimented with sorting tropes based on what they apply to on longer pages. General consensus is that doing it that way doesn't work because it leads to examples being duplicated and harder to find. Feel free to change it to alphabetical folderization.
I don't actually have any Bumblebee icons, I just think the nickname is funny.
Something similar has affected Fate/stay night, where there are folders that sort "General", "Setting" and "Gameplay" tropes away from each other.

A long time ago Neon Genesis Evangelion was also split into folders for plot, characters, etc., but changed to alphabetical order.

Achron has its tropes split into several folders based on different aspects of the game. that's not how folders are supposed to be used, right?
