It's not custom-titled. The trope is spelled Soap Box Sadie.
You can check the internal capitalization of a title by going to the "Related" tab.
It typically seems to be spelled "soapbox" though, so that is an odd decision, but not a hill I would die on or anything.

Yeah, I was wrong; the capitalization in the URL depends on how the page itself is linked. It would make more sense for it to be “soapbox”, but it’s not a huge problem.

Soapbox Sadie is custom-titled as Soapbox Sadie, despite the former capitalization being how it’s capitalized in the URL and how it’s usually capitalized. Can we revert this?
