Describe the Trope:

The Determinator does not discriminate between hero or villain or require a single-minded goal, it is simply that they continue on despite all opposition, beyond the point where most would have given up or died. Example: Alice The Drifter doesn't have any long term goals and would be the last to call herself a hero, but she's survived thirty years in the wasteland mostly by being too stubborn to die, despite the wastelands' best efforts.

Said trope frequently overlaps with tropes like Failure Hero (they never win, ever, but they survive) and Action Survivor (they aren't particularly remarkable in most senses, but they manage to survive when others don't by gumption and quick thinking)
