Yes.
If the issue is the lack of formatting, you can always write it as [[VideoGame/KalterkriegShadowOfTheWeltkrieg Kalterkrieg: ShadowOfTheWeltkrieg]] so the colon still shows up.
EDIT: Just read the sentence and says they're under development. I asked about this before
and there's no current policy against redlinking future works.

Is it acceptable to unilaterally remove links to a work because it doesn't have a page yet, like what recently happened on Kaiserreich: Legacy of the Weltkrieg?
