Gonna post this just to be on the safe side.

  • Name: Adam Longram
  • Sex: Male
  • Race: Human Cyborg
  • Gear:
    • Triguard Armor: A chimera power armor made from spare parts stolen from the Enclave's armory. Not only it it protects Longram from various physical blows, it enhances strength that allows him to wields weapons such as miniguns, and provides protection from hazardous environments. One unique feature is the gliding coils integrated into the boots, allowing him to hoverskate around.
    • Elite Riot Gear: Originally police armor used by Pre-War America to deal with riots, Longram recovered it during his travels. Provides light yet durable protection from physical blows and it uses an advanced HUD with alternate visor modes. He uses it when using power armor is out of the question such as sneaking operations.
    • Holorifle: A photon-based high-powered energy weapon that fires holographic cubes that is hard-hitting and tends to "burn" foes when struck. Made from a hologram emitter and a china lake grenade launcher, it operates like a pump-action shotgun that only hold 4 Microfusion Cells.
    • Tri-beam laser rifle: An AER11 Laser Rifle that has been modified to fire 3 laser beams instead of just one and it functions as an improv mid-to-short range "laser shotgun" with semi-automatic firing. He brought in 5 of these models to Kerberos.
    • (No sidearms but he'll be using the standard issue gauss pistol.)
    • Ripper: A chainsaw machete made to cut through tough armor.
    • Saturnite folding spade: A Schrade E-Tool with the head being made out of the space-age saturnite alloy. Usually used as a mundane tool for certain.
    • Pipboy 3000 MK IV: Recovered from his former hometown he calls Vault 60, Longram uses this in place of the standard issue datapad. It features a built-in radio, GPS, Geiger counter, flashlight, inventory management, checking stats, and it can even play games and recorded videos. It also allows the wearer to go into VATS. Modified to be synched with the ship's network.
  • Powers: When Longram puts on a Pipboy he goes into the Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System or VATS. When goes into it, time slows down and he has a window of opportunity to target specific parts of the body. To anyone in real-time, it makes the user look like a crackshot.
  • Skills: Has decades of experience fighting with anything he can use with firearms being the best he can use. Surviving the wasteland has also made him skilled in cooking and repairing equipment (that includes being a self-taught tailor when it comes to clothing).
  • Physical Abilities: The cybernetic enhancements made him beyond human. Highly resistant to various toxins and withstanding blows that would kill an ordinary man. Great strength fueled by mechanical muscle. He's so heavily augmented, the only organic part of him is his brain.
  • Quick Traits: Used to be a Nice Guy but a certain event changed him for the worse into a self-destructive wreck. Recently recovering from the experience and is very determined to atone for his misdeeds.

Regardless of reason, I hope you enjoy your time off. smile

Alright, good luck man.

Also, I had an idea. Could we maybe draw up an actual, clear Organigram for how Kerberos is structured? I think it would be really helpful in many ways to have the chain of command directly visualized. >_>

Here you go chuck I hate you, it took me 1 and a half hours to make this... fucking MS Paint

For a bit more detail, some of those positions do not exist currently, mostly due to the fact that unless there are multiple people in a group, or there is something that uniquely that officer can do, there is no need for the command staff of that group.

EX: There is currently no Chief Communications Officer, since we have no Electronics Warfare or Communications staff for them to boss around, and even if we got an Electronics Warfare or Communications staff member, they would not instantly be CCO because there is no need for a person in charge of only themself.

Additionally Combat mages listen to the XO not the HoP once they have been hired on.

Moving on, the positions as filled by whom.... save the very bottom row since I am not going to list out every charecter played are...

  • CEO: Eve
  • Capitan: Serenity
  • XO: Blues.
  • HoPnote : Chuck
  • VCOnote : Vacant due to a lack of vehicles.
  • CCOnote : Vacant due to a lack of communications staff.
  • HoSnote : Ghost
  • Arch Mage: Kasumi
  • RDnote : Luna
  • QMnote : Hroland
  • CMOnote :Edward

Edit: Fucking bitch tits, I have to edit it in the morning, I forgot the drones, but it is too late to edit them in tonight.... in the mean time.

Kerberos Security has a fair amount of drones, these little guys function as red-shirts and will listen to orders from any one.... there is however a strict "If you break them you buy them" policy on them, so don't go giving them suicidal orders unless you feel like paying for them

There box tomorrow will mostly exist to show in what order the prioritize orders if given orders by multiple members of the staff.

Edit Edit: That is just command structure, I will make a post with what each job does tomorrow.... but that is just who can directly give orders to who... some times your job may change that.

For example, while Chuck cant directly give Longram an order since he is under Blues command, he would be the one in charge of disciplinary action if he fucks up.

Okay, wow, I really like the visualization, helps someone as new as me figure out who's orders I need to follow.

Also, would anyone object to me bringing tak on-board to Kerberos?

I'll add in the command structure into the first post in the WAOAA discussion, you cool with that?

Sure why not.

[up][up] At the moment yes.

The reason no one plays vehicle people is how little they get used, and because serenity is out of storage space.

[up][up] I was having plans to have a driver character into the crew but the catch is he's kinda small and non-humanoid.

A question: Would it be possible to split the "Soldier" category into "light", "Medium" and "Heavy" infantry? My thought process here is that theres usually scouts (light infantry), regular combatants (medium infantry) and Shock troops (heavy infantry). Or would this split cause to much of a mess?

Its more done for simplicity, the jobs are ment as descriptions not what you would actualy call some one.

"Soldier" is just any one who acts as the muscle for Kerberos AKA about half the employes.

Not really worth it, this is a rough chain of command, not the description of every single role in the crew.

You know, if all of us contributed a little effort (instead of, say, Sunny doing all of it alone :P), we could easily compile a complete list of which crew member belongs to which organisational unit.

I mean, it's just an idea, but I think it could be cool to have a full list.

I'd easily contribute to such a list if I even knew which ones fell under which category. D:
