I see the green one. Is that good enough?

Ummmmm, yeah. We just need an offering, I guess? Where do we get an offering on this short notice? :(
We can give her a weird T.

Let's go do that, when the rest of us catch up.
True, but one of the two women in the dispute didn't object to cutting the baby in half. So even if she was the real mother, she would still be mentally unfit to raise a child.
And as I typed that, I got hit with a dose of Fridge Horror. She was someone who tried to take someone's child from her, and it wasn't even to have one for herself.
Anyway, to take the edge off that, here's a classy Sagume
The Living Guildpact rules that coffee is an acceptable substitution for rest as specified in subsection … whatever.Wasn't that supposed to be a lesson or a way to tell who the real mother is?
"Eratoeir is a Gangsta."No, it was always open for choosing the one who wasn't the mother if the real mother was a worse parent.
But there's a reason he's on the Informed Ability page, and why Judgment of Solomon has so many subversions.
Check out my fanfiction!According to that Judgment of Solomon page and from my blurry memory of hearing some Japanese folklores, there's actually a similar story with two mothers vying for a child. Though, instead of ordering the public bisection of a baby, the judge ordered a tug of war between the two mothers with the child being the one tugged. The real mother stopped upon sensing the child's pain, but the fake one is genre savvy enough to stop too. So the judge had to come up with something else.
Murdering time and space. Now on Twitter. What are we even talking about now?
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!We are currently talking about the practicality of bisecting a baby to find the mother and how to save ourselves from Clarste, a youkai in disguise. Shall we change topics?
Murdering time and space. Now on Twitter....wait, why?
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Does anyone here follow the A Book of Creatures blog? It seems like it would actually fit in very well with the Touhouverse. (Though there's no Bullet Hell and girls of indeterminate age in frilly outfits involved.)
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite. We could add even MORE confusion by now asking you which part of the above post you are asking about: are you asking why there was talking about this weird topic, or why we should change topics!?
BUT let's do the changing-topic-thing:
...sooo...hmmm...does anyone else here have kinda a "default" Touhou song as an earworm that they just always seem to have in their head or hum to themselves? Because I recently realized that for me, that is apparently Sagume's Theme? Not super sure why (I like it, but it's nowhere near my Top List), but it is hella catchy, and I really always default to humming it to myself anytime I have a bit of downtime when playing a game.
In second place: Satori's Theme, since it's also hella catchy and also my Top Touhou Song of all time, so no surprise there.

ATM it's Native Faith.
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Lost Emotion or Emotional Skyscraper, sometimes Last Occultism.
Eternal Shrine maiden fro me. Although that might have to do with the fact that it's one of the few Touhou songs that I know how to play on a musical instrument.
Beware the Umbrella Left There Forever
kogasa you cant surprise me if your theme song wont get out of my head for years
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~CiviaEternal Shrine Maiden, Last Occultism, Reach For The Moon Immortal Smoke, Wonderful Heaven (Or specifically, the last spell arrange) and Flight of the Bamboo Cutter tends to be this. Also, Beware the Umbrella Left There Forever.

...Are we safe from the youkai?
Mystic Maple ~ Eternal Dream and Strange Bird of the Moon, Illusion of Mysterious Cat for me.
That's what Clarste wants you to think.
Changing the topic, recently I've been wondering why the Youmu x Reisen ship is so popular. I mean, when it comes to crack ships, I can understand the origin of some (stage positions), but Youmu x Reisen always bugged me because I don't remember them ever having any meaningful interactions. I mean, in IN Youmu's dialogue with Reisen is pretty standard for her, so how did these two end up being paired together?
When are we ever?
The song that gets stuck most frequently for me is, I think, Bhava-Agra Through a Child's Mind, Tenshi's last spellcard in SWR. Another is The Capital City of Flowers in the Sky from PCB.
Reisen and Youmu is a rather strange duo, it might be because they're both stage 5 bosses in adjacent games and because they have quirky bosses and different weapons of choice.

Murdering time and space. Now on Twitter.Reisen x Youmu stems from them having similar positions and being generally unpaired. Similar story with Flan x Koishi
I thought it was because Reisen and Youmu make Reimu. I seen weirder reasons behind a pairing in this fandom so I really wouldn't be surprised if this was one of the reasons of it's popularity.
Quick! Does anyone see the shrine maiden? :(
