Beautiful destoyer Sailor Moon- okay I followed that link and found that so far this is pretty funny. I also read a few other things the author wrote and when I was part way through the Merry Killers imagine my surprise when I realized the author is a fan of Change 123

Remember the good old days when Akamatsu actually did research? Well the author of Change 123 did even more. Heck, he wrote an apology in a later volume for mixing up single and double action revolvers in the first chapter.
Unit you think Red is scary? Zero may have taken lessons from Alucard himself in terrifying enemies.

What I mean is in Change 123 martial artists fall into three broad categories- red(strength based), blue(speed based), and yellow(defense based). "Black" is a martial artist that has mastered and balanced all three colors. When we see a black in the manga she rips off a man's arm and uses it to beat another enemy unconscious... lets just say that her boyfriend was the only thing that kept her from beating that entire group of mercenaries to death.

It surprised them, at first, to realize they all agreed on the subject when it came out. But come to think about it, it really was not surprising at all now.
"Well..." Keiichi rasped as he poured himself some coffee from the thermos, "Sora does want for her sister to be happy more than anything in the world, and since I can't see anybody else around who can make Chisame-chan smile every now and then..."
Men weren't really supposed to be talking about romance. Much less true Japanese born and bred men.
"I'm sure Tsunetsuki-kun could, if she only loosened her grip a little," Itoshiki-sensei pondered, graciously accepting the black, steaming cup offered to him by Keiichi, then dropping a few colorful pills into it. "But you are correct, I think. Much like his father before him, he needs a woman who can pull on his reigns, even roughly when the situation calls for it. What is your take, Yuuki-san?" he asked the third young man sitting around the campfire, under the false nocturnal sky of the resort.
"My take is, he'd get really pissed off at us if he saw us discussing his love life like this. While drinking coffee," Rito shrugged. "But, I guess you guys are right? I mean, I don't know them that well yet, but I suppose they are cute together."
Real Japanese men weren't supposed to admit a couple looked 'cute' together either.
Maybe they were spending long enough surrounded by women as for some of their habits to rub on them.
But the three of them had, by now, gone too far past what sensible Japanese men were intended to do with their lives as to really care too much anymore.

Best Walker would have wrecked this arc and you know it.
I'm very wary of bringing anything Hellsing related, because that's the kind of series that would overwhelm any plot it's thrust into. It's not even only about the power levels, it's about how once you make something Hellsing related it pretty much has to be Hellsing centered. It's not the kind of thing you can just leave in the sidelines; Bleach, for instance, is monstruosly overpowered but you always can have the characters fighting in the Spirit World and briefly pop up during Bleach breather filler to interact with the students. While, if you bother pulling Hellsing in but then don't use it to its fullest, why are you bringing the Hellsing mythos at all?

It's the downside of having a ridiculously interesting series filled with ridiculously awesome characters.
And also a completely over the top plot, but that's just Hellsing Ultimate.

"So, you have a machine that can change men into girls, Lala-chan?" an interested Haruna asked.
"Yep! Oh, Rito told you, didn't he?" the pink haired alien asked back.
Haruna nodded. "Yeah, he mentioned you suggesting using it so he could make a Pactio. Um, since we're on the subject, wouldn't you happen to have a machine that can change girls into men?"
Lala blinked, then cocked her head aside. "I don't understand the question. Is Haruna saying she'd prefer being my husband rather than my wife? I don't think Rito would like that. Old fashioned, you know..."
"What? No! I mean, it might be kinky, but frankly I'm too attached to my girl parts. And if I don't have boobs, how will I ever tease Yue about her chest again? I mean, as a gift for someone who periodically turns into a girl against his will and would like to remedy that..."
"Haruna, that's very noble from you," Lala said. "But, just between you and me, both Ren and Run do deserve that. I'm not as oblivious as they'd like to—"
"Noooooot saying that either! It's for a relative of mine!"
"Ah. Well, even then, I'm afraid it can't be done. Sorry."
"Why not?! I thought your mad alien science knew of no limits! You mean, even if you used that machine of yours on Rito, you couldn't change him back?!"
Lala smiled, then playfully bopped a fist on Haruna's head. "Silly Haruna-chan. Of course I could, but only because he had a penis in the first place!"
Haruna grew even more confused. "So you can create vaginas out of nowhere to put on men, but you can't do the same for penises? What's the logic behind that?"
"Well," Lala sighed, pulling a chalkboard and some chalk out, "if Haruna really needs a technical explanation..."
"On second thought, forget it. I trust your word, of course. Let's just chalk it to Laws of Fanservice and be done with that. Although, it'd still be neat if there was something that could put penises onto people..."
Somewhere, Kitami Reika sneezed.
"All the same, could you please make one of those machines that turn men into girls for me, anyway?"
"Sure thing, but if you aren't using it on yourself, and that relative of yours has no need for it, then why..?"

Konatsu looked down at hims— herself, sniffled loudly for a moment, then lunged ahead to tightly hug her, bawling her eyes out.

One pathfinder supplement had a listing of meta-magic items. And no, there aren't magic items that use metamagic feats, they were items that gave meta, in-universe justifications for RL events, like a statue that randomly sends characters and all theiritems to a timeless void where they stay for a random length of time and eventually return unharmed (for when some misses a gaming session in the middle of a campaign or scene), an item that retcons your exisence as if you were a different class all along (for when aplayer wants to play a different character class mid-campaign), etc.
