- Check for vital signs and contact whoever she's supposed to in that situation. She's seen, and been, enough weirdness that I don't think it would be enough for her to freak out.
- She's not that shy about using it, so an alert + suspicion would probably be enough.
I can see Nodoka reading someone in those circumstances.
Not sure about the Satomi question though.
Assuming she didn't recognize who it was, Hakase would contact Chachamaru and have her deliver it to her lab for experimenting. Chachamaru would probably think to check for vitals and attempt to identify it.
The thing is, the seemingly-dead guy in question has the ability to recover from nearly any damage in darkness, so I'm thinking out ways to make his recovery seem entertaining - for instance, having Hakase find him, examine him, think he's dead and put him in a morgue freezer/leave the body alone until someone more authorized arrives, only for him to bust out of the freezer or stand up uninjured after a few minutes... I'm probably overthinking it, since it's not very relevant in the grand scheme of the story.
I figured as much about the Nodoka question.

I don't think Hakase would randomly steal an unknown corpse to experiment on it. She might fancy the notion, but overall, unless Chao prods her otherwise, she seems to understand the need of following school regulations on grave matters.
He's got the Darkness, then?
Huh. Well everyone's just f*cked then. The Darkness must not be allowed near Negi at any cost.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimari[]Hurr hurr, grave.
That's basically what I was thinking. She won't turn you down if you give her a corpse to do science to, but someone might be looking for that dead guy.
@Crinias: Maybe she stashes him un a lab freezer for safekeeping and he busts out from there?
I'm not sure what exactly you're referencing, but yeah, darkness in general is part of his motif. The reason I asked about Hakase is that she's closest to him in character after Chao or Eva, and those two aren't going to be immediately available to meet him... It's best if the resident Mad Scientist would greet him.
Yeah, a lab freezer would work as well, I imagine.

Hakase would most likely alert someone if she found a corpse.
Of course, that someone would likely be Chao, and Chao would tell her to at least get the body away from the sight of potentially impressionable teenagers that might just wind up traumatized by seeing what they'd do to a corpse...
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariThe Darkness basiclly you have a person with incredible power with a very twisted voice whispering in their ear.
Fate Grand Order players will know me as Ryusei-Go.Like Jaime Reyes Blue Beetle?
And Green Lanterns?
And Kamen Rider Den-O?
And anyone Nightblood is partnered with?

And Mitsuzane?
And the first movie Green Goblin?
And Bella?

x3 Well, Chao won't be around at the moment Hakase will find the body, but there's workarounds for that - I wouldn't put it past Chao to leave behind emergency messages or simply tell others beforehand what to do in case that sort of thing happened.
x2 Ah, I see...Yeah, that's definitely him, alright. It's almost painful how well that description fits.

Like the scarab only more like the Joker. And the host dies if he concieves a son.
Fate Grand Order players will know me as Ryusei-Go.Right, that's not him. IANCE, could you clarify on the Darkness thing?
It's Master Xehanort, isn't it?
And the host dies if he concieves a son.
... seeing how Touta is obviously lab-made and apparently all of Negi's haremettes were friendzoned because he's too good and great for anyone, I doubt that, at least, would be a problem.
So, how's Unequally Star Wars?
Too good? Nah, he just hooked up with that teacher's daughter who tried to trap the gang in an illusion. Turns out he's always had a thing for younger women.
Tomorrow, I guess. I've had a really nasty discussion with my mother and I'm not really in the mood to write funny things.
@Crinias
Weeeell... Just play the games. They're awesome. Easier to get than all the comics, too. Not an estellar adaptation, but hey, I've seen far, far worse.
TL;DR: The Darkness basically makes whoever wields it into a Humanoid Abomination Demigod.
I know the kind.
I subvert Even Bad Men Love Their Mamas. Daily.

Right, I have some other doubts: I don't quite recall this, but wasn't it the case that Chao was forced to speed up her due to the World Tree obtaining magical energy one year early?
Also, would 3-A become 4-A the year after the manga's events? I can never remember how the education system works in Japan, or anything of the like.
No, they would be in high school. In fact, it would be unlikely for all of them to go to the same high school, but it is possible that the middle school they are in automatically feeds into a high school without the need for entrance exams.
Mahora is explicitly an escalator school and it's obviously, if implicitly, a very prestigious school as well, so it's very likely that they'll continue attending the same school. Well, Mahora's high school, but it's pointless to make a difference.
