And I replyed.
That line blew up a page later into people thinking Blizzard Entertainment would seriously sue the people making the series I was posting in for using the term hunter. I just defused the situation cause I don't check that thread every waking moment like this one. Moral of the story, I need to watch my gaming jokes and make serious use of sarcasm and humor mode more often.

I'm not sure how people reached the conclusion that Blizzard would issue a Cease and Desist order.

They only do that when you're actively making money without paying them a fee. I should know. I spent something like 5 years joking about it in the Mods By Laz forum, back when Laz getting a C&D letter over allowing his mod to be hosted in a private server or endorsing one in any way was a real thing that could happen.

You know what's awesome? Receiving a long and well thought out review in which not only my virtues, but my flaws are brought up and addressed in a polite way. Sometimes, one single one of those can make writing an entire chapter worth it.

No, I was fully awake and of clear mind, nor do I make use of mind-altering substances (perhaps barring caffeine).... I think I was still just sore about Magey seemingly constantly bringing up his hate-on for my favorite tokusatsu hero of the 2010s, and I think that at some point that anger coalesced into something tangible, and I just said, "Fuck it, Makie's a zombie and she's going to eat everyone."

It wouldn't be Rule of Funny unless Black Comedy is in effect. Fuck, I dunno, maybe a twitard bashed her brains in with a copy of Breaking Dawn and our pink-headed heroine came back from the dead to get revenge by murdering the fuck out of all women that read the Twilight series, but being braindead can't tell the difference between those who are twitards and those who aren't. Or something. Fuck, I don't fucking know. Or care.

Speaking of reviews, I have a personal question for all of you. Have any of you got any death threats in your reviews before? I'm only asking because I was skimming around for fanfiction to read and I find one fics review section loaded with nothing but death threats. Other than the fact that the author didn't delete them (they were guest reviews) I was just morbidly curious what could possible cause people to throw those out at people.

Not to my knowledge, I don't think I've ever received a death threat.

I received one once over a PM, though it was more like "I'll kill you if you don't continue", IIRC.
