^^What do you mean by not liking convenience?

^ Wow, I need to start getting back into keeping up with stuff like this. College has made it a lot harder to keep track like I used to.

Hmmm...all the contradictions.

-I'm an unabashed skirt-chaser who vehemently supports women's rights.

-I'm quite into believing in God, but I hate religion.

-I support adherence to the law, but I despise police.

-I don't like war, but I'm into firearms and explosives.

-I don't steal music or movies, but I love pirates.

...Ok, that last one was reaching. But yeah, all the contradictions. Just throwing that out there.

Here are some unusual tid-bits about me.

  • I started reading at an early age.
  • When I am happy I blab random sayings out of nowhere or give odd responses to questions. An example; "Bananas are from Mordor!"
  • I am both a morning and a late night person.
  • I have a very active imagination.
  • I am an Eagle Scout, and I have seen Bald Eagles in the wild.
  • My favorite way to cook a turkey is to cook it in a metal trash can.

Has ADD, plays World of Tanks, thinks up crazy ideas like children making spaceships for Hitler. Occasionally writes them down.

^^^^ I like having to think to get things. I don't like just having them arbitrarily given out. Also, I really like challenging things, even though I fail at them quite a bit.

I just don't feel comfortable when everything's just really easy.

  • I have eczima, AvPD, and am love-shy.
  • I am a published author of a scientific paper on "Spectroscopic Ellipsometry".
  • I am a conservative, moderate libertarian, and christian who believes in climate change and thinks evolution was one of the best ideas God ever came up with.

Some more stuff:

  • I'm a Christian who happens to be politically liberal.
  • I have very sensitive hearing, which is why I don't go to fireworks displays or concerts. It also has the unfortunate side-effect of making me rather distrustful of others.
  • I abhor the smell of ketchup.

(We're allowed to add more, right?) I couldn't ride a bike till I was thirteen. Mum said it was just like teaching a kid to ride... plus a lot of mumbling and profanity.

I am into genuinely disturbing music and exploitation films. Morbid curiosity I guess. I also have political and social opinions that many would consider radical.

I still can't ride a bike and have no interest in learning. It's 2010, and we have this thing called the internal combustion engine. Maybe we should look into that.

I saw this pin the other day. It said, "Thanks to drugs i can hear colors again". I listen to music and describe it as polka-dotted naturally, I seem to get Alice in Wonderland syndrome a lot, I can daydream for hours at a time, or dream fairly lucidly, and I have never tried or wanted to try drugs. I would rather live somewhere cloudy and cool than somewhere sunny and warm. I have a rainbow-colored(yay, I love rainbows) painting of G-d appearing as a tree that I have waited to frame for six months. I think its one of the best depictions of G-d I have ever seen.

I too prefer cloudy and cool to sunny and warm. I seriously don't get why so many people like bright sunny days. At least have some clouds in the sky! And what many call "warm" is to me uncomfortably hot.

  • I don't get cold at all until temperatures drop below zero Fahrenheit.
  • I have several deadly food allergies.
  • I have Avoidant Personality Disorder.
  • I need about 10-12 hours of sleep per night.
Probably some other stuff that I could think of if it weren't 1 AM.

Food allergies are horrible. I have food intolerances myself that I only got a few years ago. You might want to see if you have candida overgrowth, or read up on it. It's supposedly been linked to causing them, and a lot of doctors don't take the idea seriously.

I tend to lapse into an acute sense of self-awareness, sometimes even under emotional strain (one time I was angry at a bunch of other students because their grades were better than mine and even wished them harm (not physically, but get a worse grade), yet in the midst of that anger I realized that the act of feeling angry decreased my sense of empathy and altruism towards others and further reasoned that it could not be blamed on anyone else but myself alone and the act of anger in others can lead to a decrease in relationships with teachers). Still didn't stop me from having jealous thoughts though. I also think I might be neurotic.
