Alright. I found one quest in Infernal Tokyo:
Pleasure Box. If there are more, I suppose I'll find out soon enough. After that, I'm gonna kill me a Kenji.
One Strip! One Strip! You've beaten Mahamayuri, right? Might want to talk to demons in random encounters; I think there are a few quests you can get from talking to them. One of the quests might be New Game Plus, I think; it's been a while since I've played, so forgive me if I got that wrong.
What I find most interesting about the DDS duology is Serph. Or I guess more specifically, Serph Sheffield.
That's the only time I've seen a game where you get to hear the previously silent main character talk...sort of. It was very jarring, but in a good way. I kind of already knew what to expect from him but it's a really good payoff to the mystery they were setting up.

Yeah. I beat him.
Will I still get these quests, even though I'm doing a Law Run?
One Strip! One Strip! If you plan to do those quests on a Law run, you'll need to finish them before going after Kenji. I think there are at least two Infernal Tokyo quest that can only be done after the route split, so you're not doing those on a Law run.
Got. Then I'll run around beating up demons until I find these other quests that are available.
Man, why aren't they just in the Quest boards or something.
One Strip! One Strip!persona 2 duology does the same thing, with tatsuya going from silent protagonist to a speaking role. unlike with dds, it actually is the same tatsuya we played speaking, too. conversely, maya goes from a speaking role to silent protagonist.
It's not the same when it happens between games.
You can argue that with Serph it's also between games. And Sheffield isn't the only Serph that speaks, IIRC his original AI version also says something. And then there is Schrodinger...
You're right that the original Serph AI does speak a few lines, but he stands out a lot less compared to Sheffield so I didn't remember him.
Right. So where do I find a Pleasure Box in IV vanilla.
It's the only quest I have in Infernal Tokyo, so I'd like to get it done quickly. I know it was said there are others there even on a Law Run, but I think I'll just save them for Chaos when I can really go around the place.
One Strip! One Strip! It's a TV set, which is a random relic spawn. You might already have it, as it appears in regular Tokyo too.
Son of a bitch.
So I just gotta keep digging up relics until I find it?
...You know what? No. This is gonna be just like with the Wind Generator. I'm not gonna hold up my game for one thing.
I'm heading to Camp Ichigaya, getting my Law on and moving on. I'll find it next time.
One Strip! One Strip!Good call. I forget, are you on New Game Plus or not? I ask because I think on a New Game + you can fight Mastema on Law.

I'm on New Game Plus.
Mastema eh? I'll remember that. My first ending was the White ending.
Also, I've been putting off doing the DLC quests due to that ending as well. I'm looking forward to doing a few now as well.
One Strip! One Strip!Fair warning, the DLC boss battles are for very, very endgame players. One of them in particular is probably the most hair-pullingly difficult battle in the game, and firmly in the "too hard to be fun" category.
So...I should wait until I've done the other ending then is what you're saying?
One Strip! One Strip! You can probably do them if you manage to reach the late 80s to 90s on any run.
I find it interesting IVA revealed there are many Mastemas serving YHVH, even though I'd like to know what became of he one in IV.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Well my Flynn is at max level.
The rest of my demons are various levels though. That's mostly because I've kinda stuck with one group for a while now.
I guess I should consider fusing some new ones.
One Strip! One Strip! Those guys are "Ancients," which don't seem to be fully sentient demons, just illusions.
The original Mastema was sorely missed in Apoc, as he'd have tied in well with the revelations about Nanashi's past and the Axiom, perhaps Mastema's true master. Some people seem to think Lucifer killed him offscreen, but whatever line of dialogue implies that, I haven't seen it.

Hamburger that's incorrect. The Divines and the Fallen are the A. Mastema, Kazfiel, Seraph, Metatron, Highest Ranked Divine Angel, and the Herald hordes in the last two areas are all angels. Kazfiel and Seraph was confirmed to be mass produced angels in IV as you summon one Seraph and fight two different Kazfiel. One that tries to kill Navarre and one in purgatorium.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Phew. It's taken a while, but I'm finally about to fight Kenji again, and then, into uncharted territory with the Law path.
Is there anything I should know before I walk the path of true order?
One Strip! One Strip!Make sure you do the sidequests where you fight Azazel and Mastema. Those two demons can only be unlocked for fusion through the Law route.
As for stuff you need to know before heading down the Law route...I don't think so.

It's darker only because there is far more characterization and emotion going around.
You look at say Nocturne and the game is atmospheric creepy with most everything just empty after the end. Few characters to talk to, no voice acting, no attachment.
DDS we go through the first half learning about the characters their emotional triggers and have mysteries set up to be answered. By the time you get to the second one you know every character quite well and well....
