"My world's achievements. Don't touch them. Especially the cone."

Spriggan turned around, seeing the nuke and the Jupiter, working on the Urban Warfare Arena.

"I suggest that someone get rid of the nuke and the Jupiter."

Mason summoned a cage around the nuke.
"Remember, no touchy. All three can blow up. One is made to blow up."

—There is a clack of metal on metal, and all three pieces of military hardware are transmogrified into piles of ripe bananas. Saren stares blandly at Mason for a moment, then stalks over to PHANTOM, beginning the activation sequence.—

Gibbering ape...

A wall shoots up to seperate Saren from PHANTOM.
"Remember what happened last time?"

—The wall disintegrates, Saren's voice quiets further.—

I'm in control now.

—The processor whirrs loudly.—

Mason picks up the RPG and aims it at PHANTOM.
"Just a precaution."

Spriggan was about to finish up the modifications to the Urban Warfare Training Arena when he saw the confrontation between Saren and Mason.

Just in case. He unfastened the buckle strap of his revolver holster carefully.

Kimimaro stood on guard, having read the report about the AI's bout of rampancy.

"Please, put the weapon down. If that machine becomes hostile, we shall deal with it when it occurs. In the meantime, an accident would be most regrettable."

I'm almost done making the necessary adjustments and this shit happens.

Spriggan concentrated on finishing the modifications for the Urban Warfare Arena as he planned to use it for a solo exercise.

Rey observed the others silently, smiling and nodding slightly to Subaru and Mason when they spoke to him, but otherwise staring into space, ignoring the goings-on...he seemed to have something else on his mind.

Raz walked over to Rey. "You okay?"

Rey turned to look to Raz, smiling and nodding yet again, murmuring a soft "M'fine."

Raz shrugged. "If you say so."

"Alright."

Spriggan typed a few commands to change the Urban Warfare Arena to use virtual reality simulations in order to give each and every Champion their own personalized exercises.

"Now what can I do?"

He began to program an urban warfare exercise in the city streets of either the Hong Kong or Macau SARs, typing in input commands on the keyboard with a monitor on the arena wall.

Rey straightened a bit, apparently kind of waking up. "Sorry...how are you holding up, Raz?"

Again, he shrugged. "I'm alright. I kind'a miss home, but it's not like I was in the middle of anything important."

"Alright done."

Spriggan sighed, typing a few more commands to ensure the simulation would work. The HDTV widescreen next to the monitor and keyboard would show the viewers what was happening in the simulation exercise.

He eyed the door. "Now to have a nice workout."

Rey nodded. "We're gonna be all right. Listen...you're psychic, right? Is it an all the time thing or do you have to...turn it on?"

"I might not miss my home. Especially knowing that I died there when I was taken." Narumi said in response to Raz's statement.

"All right!"

Spriggan stretched his arms, approaching the doors of the Urban Warfare Arena. The doors slid open to the side as it announced that Spriggan was approaching it.

He closed the buckle on his revolver holster with his right gloved hand.

Raz winced at Narumi's statement. "I know. I was sort of there." He turned back to Rey. "Which aspect of it are you talking about?"

"I'm just wondering if you just...pick up stray bits all the time, or if it's something you have to concentrate on to do..."

"Computer, lock the door the minute the simulation starts. Understand?"

"Understood."

Spriggan walked past the doors leading to the interior of the virtual simulator.
